Nourishing Mothers & Daughters Day
Day of connection for women & girls over 12 years
I am passionate about supporting girls & women better understand themselves and their connection to each other, their families and their communities.
The Nourishing Mothers & Daughters Day will weave together creative activities and a deep learning around our bodies, cycles and our journey as women.

The one day workshop is for women and girls aged 12 and over (it doesn’t have to be a daughter – a niece, good friend or cousin is fine too!).
The workshop will be a rich, nourishing day with an opportunity to connect and understand ourselves and our daughters in a deeper way.
Oh – and there’ll be awesome goodies bags and yummy food too!
The cost of the workshop is $45 per person, with a $10 early bird discount. Spaces are limited so it's best to book soon!
