Let's create the nourishing nest needed for a calm postnatal period.

"We had postpartum support from Josie, which we didn't realise how valuable that would be until we were in that season. I had trouble with breastfeeding for the first couple of weeks, and Josie was a huge emotional support around this, reminding me that it takes time and that my body, myself and my baby are learning together. Josie also supported me in these weeks with plant medicine, brewing tea to support my body to recover from birth, and making poultices to apply to my engorged breasts when nothing else would seem to help. My mother and family do not live locally, so it was really special to have Josie's nurturing touch with us for those first few weeks. Again, I felt so safe, so held and so seen." ~ Bridget

"Josie came to help support me with breastfeeding. Having Josie come into my home with her kind, empathetic nature topped off with her inside knowledge of breastfeeding was exactly what I needed. I was crying when she first arrived, anxious and in pain. When she left I was relaxed, reassured and feeling more confident as a mother in my ability to feed my son."  ~ Nat
